The Brief:

Minavil House is the gateway site to the Alperton Regeneration Area. FAL architects worked closely with our client R55 Group to design a site which offers 72% affordable housing to local professionals. Underneath the residential building , community facilities and a cafe create a vibrant space. Our verified view images (AVRs) formed part of the successful planning application.
